In this paper are presented the analysis and the proposal to increasing the efficiency of automation of production processes by reporting the parameters of the parts’ flow. As a main focus are defined the correlation and the dependence between the input and the output parameters of the automated production process. On that basis, the contemporary requirements for development of the production process call for it to be considered as a whole, regardless of the stage in which the process automation is performed.
