Peer Review Policy

TEM Journal is committed to peer review integrity and upholding the highest standards of review. Once your manuscript has been assessed for suitability by the editor, it will then be double-blind peer-reviewed by at least two independent, anonymous experts in the field.
The practice of peer review is to ensure that only good science is published. It is an objective process at the heart of good scholarly publishing and is carried out by all reputable scientific journals. Our referees play a vital role in maintaining the high standards.

TEM Journal and all manuscripts are peer reviewed following the procedure outlined below.

The peer review process:

1. Submission of Paper

The corresponding or submitting author submits the paper to
the journal. This is usually via an online system
http://www.tem-journal.com/submit/submit.html.
Or submissions by email office@temjournal.com

2. Editorial Office Assessment

The Editorial Office experts checks the paper’s composition and arrangement against the journal’s Author Guidelines to make sure it includes the required sections and stylizations. In these phase originality of paper is checked using several anti plagiarism tools and services, such as iThenticate etc. Also, english language is checked by language expert.

3. Appraisal by the Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief checks that the paper is appropriate for the journal and is sufficiently original and interesting. If not, the paper may be rejected without being reviewed any further.
Manuscripts rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have serious scientific flaws, or are outside the aims and scope of the journal. Those that meet the minimum criteria are normally passed on to at least 2 experts for review.

4. Invitation to Reviewers

TEM Journal employs double blind reviewing, where both the referee and author remain anonymous throughout the process.
Referees are matched to the paper according to their expertise.

5. Editor’s Decision is final

Referees advise the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article.
Members of the international Editorial Boards lend insight, advice and guidance to the Editors-in-Chief generally and to assist decision making on specific submissions.

6. Final report

A final decision to accept or reject the manuscript will be sent to the author along with any recommendations made by the referees.
