Abstract:
The study, The Impact of Lifelong Learning on Personal and Professional Development, aims to examine the factors influencing participation in lifelong learning, with an emphasis on demographic variables, barriers, and educational motivation. Gender, age, education level, and employment status significantly influence participation in lifelong learning. The greatest differences were found among women, young adults, and highly educated and employed respondents. Women prefer visual and blended learning methods, while employed participants also tend to choose blended approaches. Motivational drivers related to curiosity, identified as the key motivational factor, demonstrate their dominant role in educational decision-making, surpassing professional motivation and career incentives.
Keywords – Lifelong learning, finance, educational motivation, employability, curiosity. |
