The Influence of Water Resources Management, Environmental Accounting, and Sustainable Technology Innovation on Achieving Sustainable Development Goals

Abstract:
This study examines how water resource management, environmental accounting, and sustainable technology innovation influence access to clean water, addressing a key Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). Prior research highlights their roles but shows inconsistent outcomes in specific contexts like Bali. The research questions focus on whether these factors significantly improve clean water access. Hypotheses predict positive effects from all three variables. Using a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 31 regional drinking water company managers in Bali. Regression results confirmed that water resource management, environmental accounting, and sustainable technology innovation each significantly enhance clean water access, supporting all hypotheses.
