Firstly, it analyzes the current development status of watercolor and digital animation, pointing out their characteristics throughout history. Subsequently, it discusses in detail the application of watercolor techniques in digital animation, including the use of color, stroke simulation, and digital reproduction techniques for watercolor effects. In addition, a thorough analysis is conducted on the advantages and challenges of their combination, listing key elements and providing accurate assessments. Finally, it predicts future trends in the combination of watercolor art and digital animation, suggesting potential innovative directions.
