Abstract:
Stringent privacy regulations, exemplified by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), create intricate challenges for businesses engaged in data sharing. In response to the risk associated with data disclosure and potential legal consequences, this research paper introduces a novel approach. It suggests the adoption of blockchain technology as an auxiliary system for managing consent. Our RSU-CMS consent management systems make use of smart contracts within a private blockchain environment. A new technique is employed to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant laws. The experiment outlined in this paper provides an end-to-end illustration of the process using true experimental research, while the conclusion addresses the merits and demerits of this approach. Leveraging intelligent encryption, blockchain technology not only ensures anonymity but also enhances security, making it an attractive platform for consent management.
